ARESTI ABOGADOS & CONSULTORES ASOCIADOS (ARESTI LAWYERS & ASSOCIATES CONSULTANTS), based in Santiago, Chile, is a legal services company and a specialized professional consulting company, comprehensive in different markets and industries, which encompasses a selected and tested multidisciplinary group of professionals who have held important positions and functions in both public and private sectors. Our goal is to support our customers in the success of their management, from the beginning of each business concept or contingency until the full implementation.
As a natural consequence of critical observation and the own professional experience of several years, both in public and private sectors, a need has been identified in order to facilitate the public-private relationship, advising the private sector and the Government.
Because of this, as of 2015 we are innovating as we incorporated associate consultants, all professional specialists with experience in the two sectors, so that we can provide integrity, ease and legal protection to the solutions to the relationships between the public and private sectors, as well as among private companies or individuals, foreign or domestic.
