Isabel Ríos

Lawyer (2000), Graduated in Law from the Universidad de Chile, Diploma in Criminal Procedure Reform and Oral Litigation conducted by the Graduate School of the School of Law of the Universidad de Chile in conjunction with the Center of Studies of Justice of such school.

Has over 15 years of practice as lawyer in the public and private sectors and experience focused on litigation in both the Criminal Procedure System in Family Courts and High Courts of Justice. Has stood out in Alternative Conflict Resolution; Negotiations; Regulated Markets and Free Competition. In the area of Industrial Property and Trademark Office (IP) has performed prosecution and defense of felonies related to the area. In Criminal matters he has also specialized practice in financial crimes.

In the public sector it has served as attorney for the National Office for Child Care (SENAME) and the State Defense Council (CDE), and in private practice worked in Albagli and Zaliasnik and in Etcheberry law firms.
