Mariette Ortega

Psychologist, with a Diploma in "Change and Organizational Development" from Universidad de Chile, and over 20 years of experience as Occupational Psychologist.

Has worked in organizational development, value-based management, career development, accountability, coaching, leadership, occupational management and recruitment for different organizations, as well as in the private clinical area.

Has been part of important modernization processes, restructure and organizational development for institutions and companies from both public and private sectors. Focuses her practice in the health sector markets, social security, mining, natural resources, finance, education, infrastructure, retail, etc.

Also has performed in different public departments and services of the Government (public hospitals, Public Office for Production Fostering, National Identification and Register Office, Police Departments, etc.). Also, has been part in the modernization and restructuring of the Attorney General´s Office and of both, the Criminal Procedure and the Family Courts reformation of the Judicial Branch of Santiago.
